I have put this off long enough, so here goes: A new blog!  I left my last one to rot after moving and have been on sabbatical since with every intention of making a return.  The only thing that was missing was the correct time.

Now is the correct time.

“Why now” you may ask?  Honestly?  Because I feel like it.  I have lived for a year while writing very little and asking myself the same few questions over and over.  “Why I am I so fucking lazy?  What happened to my inspiration?  When will I start writing again?”

Now.  The time is now.

If I learned one thing during my sabbatical it was that things are not always going to come your way.  Sometimes you have to reach out and do things on your own, even when you may be too scared, lazy, or apathetic.  To quote a greater man than myself, “Fuck it Dude, let’s go bowling.”

  
What does that have to do with anything?  Nothing really, but for some reason I feel like it fits.

With all of that said, “Fuck it, let’s write.”
